10/15/09 Glasses

Katrina got a pair of glasses as part of a sidewalk chalk set for her birthday. She takes them everywhere right now, including insisting on taking a nap with them.


"Mommy, I see rainbows!" she declares. Well, yeah, they're 3-D glasses. Not sure what those have to do with sidewalk chalk, but the finer points on lost on her. She just likes the rectangle designs on the front.

Katrina also likes to pose for pictures with "monster teeth" these days.


I like my Thursdays not being at work, hanging with Katrina, going to the Y, catching up on shopping, chatting with other kindergarten moms at pickup. But I can't get too attached to them, as these days will come to an end soon.
